Clark Kleinman has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Juxta Labs in 2016, where they worked on the Jott Growth Team, focusing on creating growth hacks for their instant messaging app. In 2017, they had another internship with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, specifically with Self-Reliance Services/PEF, where they contributed to courses aimed at improving personal finances and employment skills. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Student Program Administrator at Brigham Young University's Professional Development and Test Prep department. In 2018, Clark worked as a Business Development Intern at The Kraft Heinz Company, making a significant impact during their time there. Clark then joined Pattern® in 2018 as an Associate Brand Manager, before taking on the role of Senior Ecommerce Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Advertising at Pattern®, where they help established brands elevate their marketplace presence.

In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the Sponsored Ads Certification from Amazon in November 2022, the Griffin Hill Integrity Sales System certification from Griffin Hill in July 2018, and the Google AdWords Certified certification from Google in March 2018.
