Jordan Turner

Jordan Turner serves as the Director of Reverse Logistics Supply Chain at Pattern® since October 2019, achieving significant financial recoveries and operational optimizations across various projects. Turner previously held positions as Program Director and Program Manager, demonstrating expertise in establishing efficient reverse logistics processes and improving inventory management for multiple brands. Earlier experiences include roles at PointClickCare, Ecolab, Seeing is Believing Corporation, Unicity International, and Brigham Young University, where Turner developed skills in product consulting, digital strategy, and team leadership. Turner holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Management from Brigham Young University.
