John Graham

John Graham currently serves as the Vice President of Shared Services at Papa John's International since May 2022. Previously, John spent nearly a decade at Patterson Companies, Inc., where roles included Senior Director of Financial Shared Services & Contact Centers and Vice President of Technology Services and Contact Centers. Prior to that, John held the position of Senior Engagement Center Director at ACCENT Marketing, overseeing Client Relations, Operations, and Quality Assurance, managing a team of 450 employees. John began a long tenure at Hilton Hotels Corporation as Sr. Director, leading 375 employees and managing an $11 million operating budget across various customer contact points.
