Melissa Soupir

Melissa Soupir, MBA, CMA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Melissa has served as the Director of Credit at Patterson Companies, Inc. since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Market President - Waconia at MidCountry Bank from April 2021 to December 2022. Melissa has also held various positions at U.S. Bank, including Business Banking Client Manager from October 2017 to April 2021 and Metro Midwest Market Manager from May 2012 to October 2017. Before joining U.S. Bank, they were a Principal at Advent Capital Services from July 2009 to May 2012. Melissa began their career at Lease Finance Group, Inc. where they worked as an Account Manager / Partner from 1992 to 2009. Prior to that, they worked at Manifest Funding Services, serving as a Regional Sales Manager from 1989 to 1992 and as a Credit Analyst from 1987 to 1989.

Melissa Soupir, MBA, CMA has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and a minor in French from Southwest Minnesota State University. Melissa also holds an MBA in Finance/Accounting from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. In addition, Melissa has obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants in 2015.
