Pamela Glick

Pamela Glick has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Pamela started their career as a Business Analyst II at Firstmark Services in 2005. Later, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Patterson Companies, managing projects and coordinating with developers, quality assurance, and business teams. Pamela also led the design, testing, and deployment of system-enabled business solutions, including large-scale ecommerce site builds.

In 2009, Pamela joined Patterson Companies again, this time as a Business Systems Analyst Manager. Here, they directed project work, conducted interviews and hiring, and managed a team of business systems analysts.

From 2012 to 2014, Pamela served as an SAP Business Integration Analyst and Solution Architect and Business Analysis Manager at Patterson Companies. Pamela played a key role in selecting and implementing an ERP system, creating business process maps, defining business requirements, and leading integration testing.

In 2019, Pamela worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Red Wing Shoe Co., where they supported finance and ERP business systems teams and led a pilot for robotic process automation to improve data entry processes.

Pamela also served as an ITSM Consultant at CHS Inc., where they evaluated the current state of the ITSM environment and assessed people, process, and technology.

Most recently, Pamela was an Engagement & Program Director at Mindset Consulting, leading program deliveries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and ensuring client satisfaction through collaboration and expertise in program governance and management.

Currently, Pamela is the Sr. Director of Governance, Delivery & Architecture at Patterson Companies, Inc.

Pamela Glick completed their education at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Pamela obtained a Bachelor's degree in MIS and Business Administration in the years 2001-2005. Later, they pursued an MBA specializing in MIS and Business Administration from the same university, completing it in the years 2007-2010. Additionally, Pamela has acquired various certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications from the Scrum Alliance.
