Rob Moores has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Rob started their career at Patterson Schwartz Real Estate in 1997 as a Sales, Residential Project Research & Analysis role. In this role, they focused on making data-driven decisions and analyzing project sales.

In 1997, Rob Moores joined Bellevue Realty as a salesperson for the Hartefeld community. Over time, they climbed the corporate ladder and became the Senior Vice President, Sales for the entire community. Rob'stenure at Bellevue Realty lasted until 2007.

From 2007 to 2009, Rob Moores worked as the Senior Sales Manager at Anderson Homes, where they marketed Signature large single-family homes in various communities. Rob also opened the community of Belden in Newark, Delaware.

In 2009, Rob Moores joined Pettinaro as the Director of Sales, overseeing the revitalization of sales for the residential division. Rob successfully sold seventeen condominiums at The Pointe, a luxury high-rise overlooking the Brandywine River. Rob'stenure at Pettinaro ended in 2012.

Throughout their career, Rob Moores has gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management within the real estate industry.

Rob Moores began their education in 1984 at the University of Arizona/AITS Camp Geiger. Rob studied Strategic & Tactical Negotiations with a focus on Tactical Marketing. Rob completed their studies in 1990. Additionally, in 1984-1985, they attended the School of Infantry where they pursued a degree in Advanced Warfighter/Anti-Assault. During this time, their field of study encompassed Leadership Logistics as well as Tactical & Strategic Planning.
