David applies a holistic approach to his practice, considering how a well-crafted patent application and trademark and brand protection strategies can work in tandem to help his clients protect their inventions and gain a competitive edge. As part of his methodology, David dedicates the necessary time and resources to understanding the ins and outs of his clients’ complex technologies while diligently working to anticipate their needs, devising strategies that will help them achieve current goals and also grow their business.

Having worked with a wide array of technologies, David recognizes each client has unique needs and believes each case deserves individualized attention to reach its optimal potential. David is an efficient, analytical thinker who is constantly searching for new perspectives to solidify his patent and litigation strategies.

Outside the office, David enjoys cooking, playing the piano and guitar, playing basketball and spending time with his wife and kids. He is also a native Mandarin speaker.
