Austin Berliner

Austin Berliner currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Risk Management and Real Estate at Patterson-UTI since September 2023. Prior to this role, Austin has held a significant position at NexTier Oilfield Solutions since March 2012 as the Assistant General Counsel for Risk Management and Director of Commercial Real Estate. Austin's career began at Peissel Law Firm, L.L.P. as an Associate from January 2011 to March 2012. Earlier experience includes various roles at Covert Cadillac GMC Buick from August 2005 to August 2007, including Sales Associate and Sales Manager. Austin earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center between 2008 and 2010 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin from 2000 to 2004.
