Nicole Paez

Nicole Paez has over two decades of experience in human resources leadership across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Patterson-UTI since April 2018, Nicole leads global HR initiatives for the Drilling Business. Prior to this, from November 2016 to April 2018, Nicole held the position of Vice President HR at Dover Artificial Lift, overseeing global HR functions. Nicole's extensive background includes a tenure at Baker Hughes from 1994 to October 2016, where responsibilities encompassed directing HR efforts for the Chemicals Product Line, corporate functions, and managing HR service centers for a large employee base. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Ithaca College.
