Kelly Schroeder is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong focus on employee engagement and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Patties Foods Pty Ltd since September 2023, Kelly previously held the same title at Natures Organics Pty Ltd from April 2018 to August 2023, establishing HR procedures that align with business objectives. Kelly began a career in HR at International Flavours & Fragrances, managing comprehensive HR functions from recruitment to conflict resolution, after roles at BWX Limited as HR Advisor and Credo Group as State Operations & Training Manager. An earlier role as a Recruitment Consultant at Westaff laid the foundation for a diverse HR career. Kelly holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Monash University and an Advanced Certificate in Office Administration from Moorabbin TAFE.
