John Drake

John Drake has over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. John started their career in 1995 as an Assistant Superintendent at Pattillo Construction Co, where they gained knowledge in various aspects of constructing industrial buildings. John then joined Pattillo Management Inc in 1997 as a Senior Director of Leasing and Development. In this role, they were responsible for leasing and managing over 5 million square feet of industrial buildings, negotiating lease and sales transactions worth over $200M, and securing industrial build to suit projects worth over $150M. In 2016, John joined Pattillo Construction as the Vice President of Business Development, where they continue to contribute their expertise in driving business growth and development.
