Karolina Spencer

Karolina Spencer has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Karolina is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Pattle Delamore Partners. Before that, they served as an HR Manager at ATNZ Apprentice Training New Zealand from October 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant (contract) at Auckland Rugby Union from June 2018 to November 2018.

From August 2015 to June 2018, Karolina held the position of Human Resources Manager for TDG, now known as Stantec, in New Zealand and Australia. Karolina also worked as a Human Resources Director, globally, at DFS Group Limited from January 2012 to August 2013. Additionally, they served as the Human Resources Director for DFS Group Limited in New Zealand and New Caledonia from January 2009 to November 2010, and as a Senior HR Manager from June 2008 to December 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Change Management Consultant at DFS Group Limited from October 2007 to January 2008.

Karolina Spencer completed their Bachelor's degree (Honors) in Linguistics (English) from Rostov State Pedagogical University between 1991 and 1995. Karolina then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business (HR Management) at The University of Auckland from 2004 to 2005.
