Candice Wayne

Candice Wayne has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Candice started their career in 2013 as a Human Resource Assistant at Hazelwood School District, where they were responsible for training and development and personnel record-keeping. In 2015, they took on the role of Recruitment and Talent Development Specialist at the same district, where they handled various recruitment tasks.

In 2016, Candice Wayne joined Magellan Health Services as a Senior HR Representative, and later in 2017, they moved to The School District of University City as a Human Resources Generalist. There, they gained experience in various HR functions.

In 2020, Candice Wayne progressed to the role of Human Resources Coordinator-Performance Management at The School District of University City. In 2021, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager, a position they held until 2023.

Currently, Candice Wayne is working as a Human Resources Director at Pattonville School District, starting in 2022.

Candice Wayne completed their Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2005 to 2009. Candice went on to pursue their Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University, which they completed from 2012 to 2015.
