Jonathan Chavez

Jonathan Chavez is an experienced professional in the hospitality and wine education sectors, currently serving as a Wine Educator at PATZ & HALL WINE COMPANY since July 2020. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a Food Runner at the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group from November 2019 to July 2020, with earlier experience as a Server and Food Runner at the girl & the fig, LLC from November 2013 to October 2019, and as a Server at Murphy's Irish Pub from June 2017 to March 2018. Jonathan's foundational experience includes an apprenticeship at Leader Glass, assisting the Head Glassblower/Designer from June 2012 to April 2013. Educational achievements include a Level 2 Certification in Wine Spirits, Wine Culture & History from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2020 and a Certificate/Associates in Restaurant Management from Santa Rosa Junior College from 2015 to 2017.
