Pedro Marchante

Pedro Marchante has had a diverse work experience. Pedro currently serves as the Head of Product at Paua since 2021. Previously, they worked at Wipro Digital from 2016 to 2020, where they held the position of Principal Consultant. In this role, Pedro acted as a product manager for a new Wipro Digital consulting product and provided strategic product ownership coaching to clients. Pedro also took charge of identifying and prioritizing problems, leading pitches to new clients, and conducting workshops on topics such as OKRs, product vision and strategy, and strategic roadmaps. Prior to this, Pedro worked as a Global Business Manager at Wipro Digital from 2016 to 2017. Before their time at Wipro Digital, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Advanced Control Systems from 2010 to 2015 and as an Operations Engineer at EFACEC from 2008 to 2010.

Pedro Marchante earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD in 2016. Before that, they completed a Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, with a major in Power and a minor in Telecommunications in 2008.
