Becky Hathaway

Originally a pastry chef in Kansas City, MO, Becky changed careers in 2012. She pursued and obtained her B.S. in human resources management while working as a recruiter at Amazon after moving to Seattle. Now a 10-year veteran of the HR and people space, with experience ranging across multiple growing tech organizations, she has a passion for creating an engaging and exciting employee experience from the ground up.
