Adam Shephard

Adam Shephard is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and project management. Currently serving as Associate Director at Paul Basham Associates since May 2018, Adam leads the delivery of civil and infrastructure engineering services for the Welborne Garden Village project. Previous roles include managing diverse civil engineering projects at Arcadis and providing technical support in highway design and asset management at Jean Lefebvre (UK) Ltd. With a strong academic background in Civil Engineering, holding both an MSc and a BEng from the University of Southampton, Adam has demonstrated expertise across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
