Roxane Baumbach

Roxane Baumbach has extensive experience in both the pet care and retail sectors. Currently, Roxane serves as the Owner of Freedom Kennels, a home-based dog boarding facility established in January 2004, focusing on low-stress environments for pets. Additionally, since November 2020, Roxane has worked as a Marketing and Business Development/Restoration Project Manager at Paul Davis USA, where responsibilities include developing marketing strategies and organizing community events. Previous roles include Store Manager at Pier 1, Boutique Team Lead at francesca’s®, and Co-Owner of The Chatty K-9 mobile dog grooming service. Earlier experience as District Sales Manager at Bath & Body Works and White Barn involved overseeing multiple stores and team development. Roxane holds an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Cazenovia College and attended the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming.
