Mike Taylor

Mike Taylor has had a successful career in various management positions. Mike started in 1994 as a Call Center Manager at InterMedia Marketing Solutions, where they supervised and mentored a team of 22 direct reports and oversaw 250 Telephone Service Representatives. In 1999, they joined PBM Group Inc as a General Manager, where they were responsible for driving all daily business operations, strategic planning, marketing, sales, service, production, supply chain, IT, and finance functions. Mike stayed with PBM Group Inc for 14 years before moving on to become the General Manager at Schiller Grounds Care, Inc. In this role, they integrated an acquisition into the company, trained the sales and service team, managed product production, and developed and executed a marketing plan. Most recently, they worked at Paul Fredrick as the VP of Operations, providing leadership to the fulfillment and contact center operations for a classic menswear company. Mike was accountable for developing and executing P&L/budget and strategic goals for the department. Overall, Mike has a strong background in operations, leadership, and strategic planning.

Mike Taylor attended Penn State University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
