Moira Sinclair OBE serves as Chief Executive of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation since January 2015, leading one of the UK’s largest independent grant-making organizations. In addition, Moira Sinclair holds the position of Chair at Factory International and Clore Leadership Programme, fostering development in the arts and culture sectors. Advisory Council Member for The British Library and former Chair of the Mayor of London Cultural Leadership Board, Moira Sinclair has been instrumental in shaping cultural strategies and policies. Previous roles include Deputy Chair at Look Ahead Care and Support, Executive Director at Arts Council England, and Governor at the University of Lincoln. Moira Sinclair is an alumna of The University of Manchester with a BA (Hons) in Drama.
