Gina Hirca

Gina Hirca started their work experience in 2010 as an Accountant at Baker Tilly International. In 2011, they moved on to become a Financial Controller at Generali Romania, where they worked until 2013. Following this, they joined Gothaer in 2013 as a Controlling Manager and later took on the role of Financial Controller. In 2018, Gina joined HARTMANN GROUP as a Business Controller, and in 2019, they became the Finance Director.

Gina Hirca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchange from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest in 2010. Gina then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management of Banking Systems from the Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchange, Bucharest from 2010 to 2012.
