Alison Sikes

Alison Sikes is an accomplished attorney currently serving as an Associate in the Financial Restructuring Group at Paul Hastings since April 2024. Prior professional experience includes positions at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as an Associate in M&A and Private Equity, and Covington & Burling LLP as an Associate in Corporate Law.
