Simon Hui

Simon Hui is a seasoned legal professional with over 28 years of experience in complex investigations, white-collar defense, international arbitration, and data compliance. Currently serving as a partner at Paul Hastings since November 2024, Simon Hui has a strong track record representing global companies in their dealings with various Chinese government authorities and regulators, including the PSB, SAMR, NSB, and CAC. Prior to this role, Simon Hui was a principal at Baker & McKenzie LLP from September 2008 to November 2024. Simon Hui holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from The University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of East Anglia, and has also studied at the College of Law in Chester.
