Molly Guzmàn

Molly Guzmàn has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Molly worked as a Learning Lead at Paul Mitchell Schools starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Jewelry Consultant at Shane Co. from 2020 to 2022. Before their role at Shane Co., Molly served as an Event Assistant at Rye, where they managed event operations and maintained client relations. Molly also worked at Family Tree Nursery as a greenhouse employee, utilizing sales techniques and plant knowledge to assist customers. Molly gained expertise as a stylist at both Salon Ji and Jagged Edge Salon, where they focused on time management, customer service, and building a loyal client base. Their earlier experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Fossil Group, Inc., and as a Sales Associate at Borders Bookstore, where they promoted coffee consumption and provided customer service.

Molly Guzmàn completed a degree in Cosmetology, Barber/Styling, and Nail Instructor at Z Hair Academy in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2008-2012, majoring in Art History. Molly also completed their high school education at Mill Valley High School from 2003-2007, focusing on General Studies. In addition, they hold a certification in Cosmetology.
