Jacob Nixon

Jacob Nixon currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at John Paul Mitchell Systems, having previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales & Operations Planning at SEED Beauty, where Jacob contributed to the rapid delivery of beauty products for brands such as ColourPop and Kylie. Jacob's extensive career also includes a significant tenure at Mission Produce Inc., where responsibilities spanned from Vice President of Global Distribution, Engineering, & Process Improvement to Director of Operations Support and Process Improvement, overseeing global operations and engineering initiatives. Earlier roles as a Process Engineer at Imation focused on improving product quality through Lean Manufacturing and project management methodologies. Jacob holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
