Jessica Graham-Franklin

Jessica Graham-Franklin has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2023. Jessica started their career as the NSW Events Co-ordinator at The Oaktree Foundation in 2010. In 2012, they worked as an Events and Community Intern at Action Against Hunger | ACF-UK before transitioning into the role of Evaluations, Learning and Accountability Intern at the same organization.

In 2013, Jessica became a Fundraising Co-ordinator at Barts Charity, where they managed fundraising campaigns and developed communication and marketing strategies. Jessica then joined St Vincent de Paul Society NSW in 2014, initially as a Project Officer for Ability Links NSW, coordinating project activities and collaboration with stakeholders. Jessica later became a Program Coordinator for SPARK, a refugee settlement support program, where they managed a team and was responsible for program management and improvement.

From 2018 to 2023, Jessica worked at Social Ventures Australia, first as a Project Manager and then as an Associate Director of Programs (Employment). In these roles, they worked on various employment programs and managed projects and programs.

Currently, Jessica is an Associate - Partnerships at Paul Ramsay Foundation, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated skills in project management, program coordination, fundraising, communication, and marketing. Jessica has experience in the not-for-profit sector and has worked on initiatives related to refugee settlement support, emergency relief, and water and sanitation projects.

Jessica Graham-Franklin began their education in 2008 at the University of Sydney, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their field of study focused on Government and International Relations, as well as French. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2010, Jessica enrolled at Deakin University in 2015 for a Graduate Certificate in International and Community Development. Jessica completed this program in 2016. In 2017, Jessica joined the AGSM @ UNSW Business School to study Organizational Leadership, without completing a specific degree.
