Bobby Serrato

Bobby Serrato is a seasoned sales and operations professional with extensive experience in the music retail industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and Brand Ambassador at PRS Guitars since August 2018, Bobby previously held the position of Dealer Product Specialist for Southern California at Gibson Brands, Inc., supporting over 40 brands. Bobby's career at Guitar Center spanned nearly 17 years, during which roles included Field Operations Manager and Store Operations Manager, focusing on training, people management, inventory control, and customer service. Bobby holds an Associate's degree in Sociology and Business from Riverside City College and a GED from Centennial High School.
