Christie Woodard

Christie Woodard, SPHR-SHRM-SCP has over 25 years of work experience in human resources and customer service. Christie started as a Customer Service representative at Bartley Collection in 1992 before moving on to PRS Guitars in 1996. At PRS Guitars, they were the Human Resources/Safety Manager for over 20 years, providing guidance on company policies, compliance with regulations, and handling employee relations. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources, where they continued to support management, employees, and executives with HR-related issues.

Christie Woodard, SPHR-SHRMSCP started their education at St. Peter and Paul in 1988. Christie later pursued Business/Human Resources studies at Chesapeake College/UMUC in 1999. Christie obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. Additionally, they received the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Christie holds multiple certifications in Human Resources, demonstrating their commitment to professional development in the field.
