Daniel O'Neil

Daniel O'Neil is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property litigation and case management. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP since May 2019, Daniel previously held the position of Senior IP Litigation Paralegal at both Brown Rudnick LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Daniel's expertise includes managing complex litigation processes, preparing legal documents, and participating in trial strategy meetings. Earlier roles included paralegal work at McCarter & English, LLP and an internship with the United States Congress. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Ferrum College.
