Gregg Sincoff

Gregg Sincoff has over 35 years of work experience in tax consulting and compliance services. Gregg currently serves as the Tax Director at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Prior to this, Gregg worked as a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they specialized in providing tax advice to law firms on various global structures and combinations. Before that, they held the position of Senior Tax Manager/Tax Counsel at GE Capital and Director at PwC. Gregg began their career as a Staff Attorney at the Internal Revenue Service, working in the Office of Chief Counsel.

Gregg Sincoff received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 1979. Gregg then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a focus on Tax Law/Taxation at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law from 1979 to 1982. Continuing their education, they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis between 1982 and 1983.
