Alea Cox

Alea Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and IT project management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Paula's Choice Skincare since February 2023, Alea drives product planning and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences. Previous positions include IT Business Analyst II at School Specialty, where Alea managed product information and vendor relations, and IT Digital Project Manager at Kimberly-Clark, where Alea led agile teams on digital initiatives. With additional roles at Associated Bank, Imperial Supplies, and Thrivent, Alea's background is complemented by a Master's degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and other relevant certifications in web design and communication.
