Jenni Salmela

Jenni Salmela has extensive experience in the field of design and marketing, currently serving as Packaging Design Manager at Paulig Group since August 2006. In this role, Jenni oversees the adaptation of packaging artwork for all hot and cold coffee brands and develops packaging guidelines for coffee and cold drink products. Prior to this, Jenni was a Concept Designer responsible for managing sales-oriented concept development projects and enhancing brand experiences in the out-of-home environment at Robert’s Coffee from June 2001 to August 2006. Jenni's early career includes various sales positions at Oy Stockmann Ab and Cloth Gallery, along with traineeships in pattern design. Educational qualifications include a degree in Design Management from Evtek Muotoiluinstituutti and a specialized qualification in Marketing Communication from Markkinointi-instituutti.
