Marta Wypych

Marta Wypych has a strong background in investment banking with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Marta is currently serving as the Head of Investment Banking at Paulson Investment Company, LLC since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at HRA Capital as the Managing Director Investment Banking from 2012 to 2019. During their time at HRA Capital, Marta provided a range of investment banking services to healthcare companies, including financings, equity research, M&A, and advisory services. Before joining HRA Capital, they held various roles at Rodman & Renshaw, including Senior Vice President from 2011 to 2012, Associate in US Equities from 2009 to 2011, and Associate in M&A from 2008 to 2009.

Marta Wypych attended Nicolaus Copernicus University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management and Marketing with a specialization in Enterprise Organization and Management. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they studied at Wyższa Szkoła Finansów i Zarządzania w Białymstoku and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Enterprise Financial Management. Marta also holds various certifications related to the financial industry, such as Series 24, Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79, which were obtained from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
