William Schneider Pe

William Schneider PE currently serves as the Vice President of Civil Engineering and Senior Director at PS&S since July 2018. Previously, William held the position of Commissioner of Housing and Buildings for the City of Yonkers from July 2002 to March 2018, after serving as Deputy Commissioner from 2002 to 2012, working under three different administrations. William earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Manhattan University, completing the degree between 1980 and 1984.
