Björn Nachtegaele

Björn Nachtegaele is currently a Senior Account Manager, Engineering at Pauwels Consulting. Björn has over two years of experience in this role. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Assistant Organizational Talent Management at Hudson for two years. In this role, they were responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Management team. Björn also assisted with the implementation of new talent management initiatives.

After completing a Master's in Business Economics with a focus in management of public organizations from Ghent University, Björn Nachtegaele pursued a Master's in Translation from HOGENT.
