Jana De Paepe

Jana De Paepe currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Engineering at Pauwels Consulting, a Belgian consultancy firm, since October 2023. Previously, Jana held the role of Vrijwilligerscoach at Kazou vzw from August 2022 to September 2023, focusing on recruiting and supporting holiday volunteers, as well as organizing events and training. From June 2019 to August 2022, Jana worked as a Jeugdopbouwerker at Uit De Marge vzw, supporting youth in socially vulnerable situations. Additional experience includes participation at 3ID LABS and roles at STOP 4-7 and Partena Ziekenfonds. Jana holds a Bachelor degree in Pedagogy of the Young Child from Arteveldehogeschool, completed in June 2019.
