Helge Giro is an experienced M&A professional who currently holds the position of M&A Associate at Pava Partners since November 2023. Previously, Helge worked as an M&A Associate at Cowen Inc., where Helge also held the titles of Senior M&A Analyst and M&A Analyst. Additionally, Helge has gained valuable experience through internships at various companies such as GMPVC German Media Pool GmbH, Ebner Stolz, Actyx, and JUNIQE in roles ranging from Investment Analyst to Business Development. Helge holds a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® from the Corporate Finance Institute® and a Master of Science in Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Göttingen.
