Prior to this, Max was the Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter at Kopernikus Kapital GmbH and HEIM & HAUS. Max also served as Geschäftsführer at HSBC Private Equity from 1997 to 2002. Max holds a Lic.oec.HSG in Betriebswirtschaft from the University of St.Gallen and a Vordiplom in Volkswirtschaft from the University of Cologne.
