Eulogio Esteban

Eulogio Esteban has extensive experience in civil engineering, specializing in civil works studies and public bidding processes. Since September 2014, Eulogio has been with PAVASAL S.A. in the civil works studies department. Prior to this, Eulogio served as the head of civil works studies and public bidding at ETOSA from January 2012 to June 2014. Eulogio also worked as a technician in civil works studies at Infraestructuras Terrestres S.A. from January 2003 to December 2011, and at Contratas y Telecomunicaciones, S.A. from June 2000 to December 2002.
