María Rodríguez Chofré

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and food history.
