Racquel S. has extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and employee engagement, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Talent at PAVE Academy Charter School since June 2022. Previously, Racquel held the position of Human Resources Manager at Ascend Public Charter Schools and has successfully managed HR functions at organizations such as PANTHERA and the YMCA of Greater New York over a span of more than a decade. Key skills include implementing HR systems, candidate sourcing, onboarding management, compliance with HR laws, and collaboration with leadership on talent management initiatives. Racquel holds an AAS in Business Administration from Kingsborough Community College and has furthered education at both Baruch College and CUNY School of Professional Studies.
