Jerome Gray

Jerome Gray has a strong background in operations and management. Jerome has held various executive roles at different companies, including Chief Operations Officer at Pave America since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Brothers National LLC from July 2021 to February 2023, and at Brothers Paving & Concrete Corporation from January 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Brothers Paving & Concrete Corporation, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Agenda Consulting, LLC from January 2019 to January 2021. Jerome also has experience as the Owner/Managing Director at The Lynncrest Group, LLC from November 2018 to January 2021.
