Joshua Ugba

Joshua Ugba has had a varied and successful career in software engineering. Joshua began their career in 2010 as an Intern at Ette Aro & Partners, where they worked in structural analysis and design of client buildings, as well as preparing working drawings and quality assurance on construction projects. In 2011, they were an Intern at the Lagos State Public Works Corporation. In 2015, they joined Accenture as a Project Delivery Analyst, where they sifted through significant information from thousands of business submissions, researched key business trends, and contributed to the knowledge repository of the project. Also in 2015, they joined Andela as a Software Engineer, and was promoted to Senior Software Engineer in 2016. In 2019, they moved to The Zebra as a Senior Software Engineer, and in 2021, they joined pave.dev as a Software Engineer.

Joshua Ugba has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan, which they obtained between 2007 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their SSCE at Oritamefa Baptist Model School between 2003 and 2006. In 2016, they obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp.
