Fred Bredemeyer

Frederick Bredemeyer is a seasoned leader in the parking and mobility industries, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of PAVE Mobility since May 2022 and Principal Owner of Last Mile Mobility, Inc. since November 2019. With a robust background that includes the role of President at Park One of Florida, Frederick oversaw services for over 175 properties and nearly 2,000 associates from March 2012 to November 2019. Prior experience includes key positions at ConsulPark, Inc., Miami Parking Authority, The Parking Network, APCOA/Standard Parking, and Quaker Garage, contributing to a deep expertise in operational management and asset valuation. Frederick's educational background includes a Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Florida International University. Additionally, Frederick served as Board President for Kristi House, a nonprofit supporting child victims of sexual abuse.
