Sundus Arain

Sundus Arain is currently the IPM Team Lead at Pave. Sundus has 11 months of experience at Pave, where they have held the positions of Manager, Implementation, Team Lead, Implementation, and Implementation Project Manager. Prior to their work at Pave, Sundus was the Implementation Manager at Dealpath for 1 year and 5 months. Sundus was also the Special Projects Manager at Imperfect Foods for 1 year and 1 month. Her responsibilities at Imperfect Foods included designing and managing detailed project plans for various business needs, partnering with C-suite to identify top company initiatives, and using quantitative and qualitative data to build insights and present solutions for improved scalable business processes.

Before their work in project management, Sundus was with CoInspect for 2 years and 2 months as the Senior Manager of Professional Services and Implementation Manager. During their time at CoInspect, they were responsible for directly influencing the growth of NRR by developing strong relationships with existing clients, providing increasing returning value and achieving negative churn. Sundus also initiated internal and external communications related to bugs, product releases, and escalations. In addition, Sundus managed the sprint planning for both mobile and web engineers using JIRA and maintained the product roadmap.

Sundus Arain has a Bachelor of Arts from New York University in Economics and Politics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from New York University Abu Dhabi in Economics and Politics. Sundus also has certification in Epic software, including Benefits Engine, Cadence Enterprise Scheduling, Grand Central/ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer), Identity, Nurse Triage, Prelude Registration, Resolute Claims & Remittance, Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Single Billing Office, and Welcome.
