Alison McLernon

Alison McLernon is an experienced retail professional, currently serving as Area Manager at Pavers Shoes since June 2022. Prior to this role, Alison spent over thirteen years at Arcadia Group Ltd, where positions included Senior Area Manager overseeing South Yorkshire, Nottingham, and Derbyshire, and various Store Manager appointments, culminating in the management of the flagship store in Meadowhall, which won Store of the Year in 2006.
