Michele Strong

Michele Strong (Brant) has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Staff Accountant at GLOBAL TECHNOVATIONS, INC, where they maintained the general ledger and prepared financial statements. Michele then joined Crossmatch in 2001, where they held various positions, including Director of Global Sales Operations and Controller. During their tenure at Crossmatch, they also led a team for a short-term continuous improvement project.

In 2014, Michele joined ADT as an Accounting Manager of Revenue & Inventory. In the following years, they worked at Atlas Sign Industries as Controller & Director of Accounting, Brown Distributing Company FL/VA as Continuous Process Improvement, and Dycom Industries, Inc as Corporate Controller.

From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Principal at Mosaic Consulting Group. Michele then joined Sky Organics in 2022 as the Director of Finance & Accounting before transitioning to Pavion later that year. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Finance Integration at Pavion.

Michele Strong (Brant) holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from St. Leo University.
