Pete Bacol

Pete Bacol currently serves as the Director of Sales for the Retail Division at Pavion since October 2023. Prior to this role, Pete held various prominent positions, including Director of National Accounts in the Retail Division at Johnson Controls from December 2019 to October 2023, and Vice President of Strategic Growth at Industrial Security Solutions, Corp. from February 2019 to December 2019. Pete also contributed as a Sales Leader at Convergint Technologies from October 2017 to December 2018, and served as Vice President of Sales at USS (Universal Surveillance Systems) between January 2016 and July 2017. Earlier in the career, Pete spent over two decades at Tyco Integrated Security, culminating in the role of Director of Sales - West from May 1993 to January 2016.
