Ralph Dioguardi

Ralph DioGuardi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the security and life safety industry. Currently serving as President at Firecom Inc since August 2022, Ralph previously held significant positions at Johnson Controls/Tyco International Security from 2012 to August 2022, including General Manager for New York, responsible for a multi-million-dollar P&L and overseeing a large team across various functions. As Area Sales Manager for New York and New Jersey, Ralph led a substantial sales force and managed significant budgets. Prior experience at ADT included roles as Program Manager and Area Operations Manager, focusing on customer experience and quality assurance across multiple sectors. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.
