Rubin Navarette

Rubin Navarette is an experienced project and asset manager currently serving as NOC Project Manager/Asset Manager at Pavlov Media since March 2020, overseeing the implementation process for systems development. Prior to this role, Rubin worked at AT&T from September 2016 to February 2023 as a Senior Project Manager/System Engineer, focusing on core architecture translation and project management. Rubin has also served as a BlueStar Energy Consultant, assisting clients in reducing energy costs, and held project management positions at ZeroChaos, ProSys Information Systems, and IBM, where responsibilities included managing large-scale projects and system administration. Rubin's education includes attendance at Parkland College from 1990 to 1991.
